Who we are


Having successfully implemented yet another major international project in Ukraine, being highly experienced in organizing a great deal of official events and trained at the top event management agencies of France and Switzerland, it was only natural for Elena Rybalko to feel the need of using her expertise to provide a service that would help organizers like herself to take the very concept of the event hospitality to the next level.

The knowledge and experience acquired at the European hospitality agencies highlighted the areas in a need of improvement. Having identified excellent quality of service to the client’s content as the key to success, the idea for the project had finally taken shape: access to proficient young staff selected and trained for each individual customer.

What was still missing from the equation was a motivated team of associates. Olga Ikoyeva and Victoria Didur embraced the idea and came on board, and together they got the project off the ground.

Later Olga Ikoyeva and Elena Rybalko left the project.

Victoria Didur is developing the project currently. –  a service bridging the gap between event organizers and proficient event staff.

Master degree in philology (foreign languages and literature), trainings in event management at the leading event agencies Havas – Worldwide (Paris, France), PublicisLive (Geneve, Switzerland); profound experience in organizing international, national and private events both in Ukraine and abroad. As a EpS team member Elena used to be in charge of the company’s strategy, development and general coordination. Elena is passionate about Argentinean tango and Latin America Culture.


Victoria Didur

Victoria Didur


MBA degree holder, graduate of Bournemouth Business School (International course in marketing and managemen); extensive work experience with various national and international projects on organization and coordination of VIP class events. Within EpS takes responsibility for communications and marketing. Victoria’s hobbies: travel and sports.
